Before choosing an English call center course, understand your current level and the skills you need to practise. EIG’s English assessment covers grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening and speaking.
The test costs 300 EGP. If your paid-English-test credit is available, it is deducted from an eligible training package at checkout.

What does the English test measure?
Your level analysis shows an overall English level and section scores so you can see strengths and areas to improve. It guides training choices; it is not a hiring decision or an external examination certificate.
From the test to a free lecture
After completing the English test and meeting the package’s level requirements, try the first Fast Track or Master lecture free for two hours. The full course is paid and minimum program eligibility is B1.
How does the 300 EGP test discount work?
An available paid-test credit reduces Fast Track to 700 EGP for 14 days or 1,200 EGP for 30 days; Master becomes 1,200 EGP for 14 days or 2,700 EGP for 30 days. Checkout checks eligibility and shows the actual payable amount. A free lecture does not create a paid-test credit.
