About EIG

Building Careers. Creating Opportunities. Transforming Futures.

At EIG – Evolve International Group, we believe that talent is everywhere, but the right preparation is what creates real opportunities.

Since our launch, EIG has been dedicated to empowering ambitious individuals through practical, career-focused training programs designed to bridge the gap between learning and the professional world.

In less than a year, we have successfully trained and supported 400+ graduates, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and professional mindset needed to take the next step in their careers.

Our programs are built around real market requirements, combining English language development, communication skills, workplace preparation, and practical training to ensure our learners are not only ready to learn… but ready to succeed.

At EIG, we don’t measure our success only by the number of students we train — we measure it by the growth, confidence, and career progress of every individual who joins our journey.

Founder Story

Founder Story – Youssef Abdelhalem Ahmed

Every successful journey starts with a simple step… and not every great story begins with perfect conditions.

Youssef Abdelhalem Ahmed is an Egyptian entrepreneur who started his journey from a middle-class family and studied in public schools. His English journey started from zero, without having a privileged background or special opportunities. However, he always believed that determination, continuous learning, and hard work could change his future.

Step by step, Youssef worked on improving himself, developing his English skills, and building his personal abilities until he joined Faculty of Commerce – English Section, Cairo University.

After graduation, he started his professional career in the Call Center industry. This experience became a real-life school where he learned communication skills, problem-solving, sales, customer experience, and how to use English professionally in a real work environment.

During his career journey, Youssef discovered that many young people have the ambition and potential to succeed, but they often lack the right guidance, practical skills, and preparation needed to enter the job market.

That is when the idea of creating EIG – Evolve International Group was born.

Youssef decided to transform his personal experience from someone who started from zero into a mission to help others start their careers with confidence. Through EIG, he aims to provide young people with the English skills, professional training, and practical knowledge they need to become ready for real opportunities.

His message is simple:

“I started from zero, and that taught me that your starting point does not define your future. Your commitment to learning, improving, and never giving up is what creates your success.”

Today, Youssef continues his mission through EIG to help young people turn their potential into real career opportunities and prove that anyone, regardless of where they start, can build a better future through dedication and continuous growth.

EIG – Where Learning Meets Opportunity.

Who we are

About EIG — career-focused English and call center training in Egypt

EIG (Evolve International Group) is an Egyptian training company built around one measurable outcome: getting our learners hired. We are not a general English school and we are not a recruitment agency that only forwards CVs. We sit in between — we train the exact English, communication and customer service skills that BPO employers in Cairo test for, then we prepare candidates for the specific interviews and assessments those employers actually run.

In under a year we trained and supported more than 400 graduates. Many of them started with A2 English and no professional experience. They now work at Concentrix, Teleperformance, Sutherland, Alorica and Foundever, handling international accounts in English every day. That path — from hesitant speaker to confident agent — is the whole reason EIG exists.

Our mission

Our mission is to remove the language barrier that keeps qualified Egyptian talent out of well-paid outsourcing careers. Ambition is never the missing piece here; structured, market-accurate preparation is. So every EIG program is reverse-engineered from real hiring criteria — the grammar recruiters listen for, the vocabulary a support agent uses on a live call, the typing and listening tasks inside an assessment, and the behavioural answers that decide the final interview.

Our vision

We want EIG to become the reference point employers trust when they need job-ready bilingual talent in Egypt — a place where a hiring manager can say "send me EIG graduates" and know what level of English, professionalism and call handling to expect. Long term, that means expanding beyond call center training into professional skills, technical support and sales tracks, while keeping the same rule we started with: no certificate is worth anything unless the graduate can perform on a live call.

Why choose EIG

Pricing is deliberately transparent and sized for Egyptian salaries: recorded tracks start at 2,000 EGP, the live B1 Train to Hire program runs on a deposit-and-installment plan, and one-day experience passes start at 299 EGP for anyone who wants to test the training style before committing.

  • Employer-accurate content: our call center course mirrors the account types, KPIs and escalation flows used by real BPO providers, not generic textbook English.
  • Assessment preparation built from real tests: typing speed, listening comprehension, situational judgement and versant-style speaking are all drilled before you face them.
  • Mock interviews with recruiter-level feedback, so your first real interview is not your first interview.
  • A free CEFR placement test path, so nobody pays for the wrong level.
  • Verified outcomes: public offer letters, badges and unedited video testimonials from graduates you can actually contact.

What we train

English for call center work

Grammar that survives pressure, pronunciation that stays clear on a noisy line, and the exact phrase banks used for greetings, holds, empathy, probing questions, upselling and closing a ticket.

Customer service and technical support skills

Ticket handling, troubleshooting scripts, de-escalation with angry customers, and the documentation habits that protect your quality score once you are on the floor.

Interview and assessment preparation

Recruiter screening calls, HR behavioural rounds, operations interviews and the full assessment battery — practised in the same order the employer runs them.
