Founded EIG — Evolv International Group, a call center training academy and recruitment platform serving candidates across Egypt.
Built and launched the EIG training portfolio: live Train to Hire rounds, recorded Master and Fast Track programs and the materials library.
Extended the platform into multilingual career preparation with CEFR level assessments in English, Arabic, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Created career tracks inside EIG itself — sales and sourcing roles, team leader positions and content creator partnerships.

1. The starting point
Started from zero English in public schools, then graduated from Cairo University — Faculty of Commerce, English Section.
2. Inside the industry
Built his professional career inside Egypt's call center industry — communication, problem solving, sales and customer experience on live international accounts.
3. The problem
Saw the real gap: ambitious young people with potential, but no guidance, no practical skills and no interview preparation.
4. EIG is founded
Founded EIG — Evolv International Group to turn personal experience into a structured call center training and career platform.
5. Programs launched
Launched the training programs candidates use today: the live Train to Hire round, the recorded Master and Fast Track programs, and the materials library.
6. Training → hiring
Extended EIG from training into recruitment — connecting job-ready graduates with call center job opportunities in Egypt.
