EIG FAQ — English Courses, Pricing & Certificates

EIG (Evolve International Group) is a career-focused English training academy for the BPO / Call Center market. We offer exactly three packages: Live Sessions — B1 Train to Hire (20 training hours, 5,000 EGP), Recorded Fast Track (7 hours, 2,000 EGP), and Recorded Master (19 parts, 13 hours training, Arabic & English PDFs included, 3,000 EGP). The Materials Videos library is included free with both recorded packages, and is also sold standalone as the Materials Library (399 EGP · 30 days).

Live Sessions — B1 Train to Hire (5,000 EGP · 20 hours): live interactive training with the instructor, 10 parts × 2 hours, mock interviews, assessment training, certificate, and installments available. Recorded Fast Track (2,000 EGP · 7 hours): the condensed self-paced video version — the essentials only, no live sessions. Recorded Master (3,000 EGP · 19 parts · 13 hours training · Arabic & English PDFs included): the full self-paced video program, deeper coverage of every topic. Both recorded packages include the full Materials Videos library and 30 days of access. Rule of thumb: Live = full support and certificate, Master = full content on your own time, Fast Track = quick start.

A solid B1 level is what we build on. The English Test tells you your exact level and which package fits you — we do not run a separate B2 track.

Yes. Every student takes the English Test first so we can place you in the right program and give you accurate results — level, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendation.

45 minutes total: Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Listening, and Speaking. It's locked once started — the timer keeps running even if you close the page, so plan a quiet 45 minutes.

10 live parts (2 hours each · 20 total training hours) covering call-center basics, interview mastery, Concentrix / TP assessment training, English upgrade system, and full mock interviews, plus a completion certificate.

You can pay the full amount in one go, or a 50% deposit today and the rest after Part 5. Accepted: Vodafone Cash (01044559300), Etisalat Cash / Instapay (01147167534). Every payment needs a screenshot for verification.

Yes — the 50% deposit plan (2,500 EGP) lets you start immediately. Remaining 2,500 EGP is due after completing Part 5.

Yes. Recorded Fast Track (2,000 EGP · 7 hours) and Recorded Master (3,000 EGP · 19 parts · 13 hours training · Arabic & English PDFs included) are standalone self-paced video packages you watch inside the platform right after your payment is verified — no live sessions included. The Materials Videos library is included with both, and is also available on its own as the Materials Library package (399 EGP · 30 days).

Yes — a completion certificate is issued at the end of the program showing your training hours.

Open the program page, choose Full Payment or 50% Deposit, fill in name + 11-digit phone, upload your payment screenshot, and our team will contact you on WhatsApp with the batch details.

Create a free EIG account and a permanent, unique Affiliate Code is generated automatically inside your dashboard. Share it — whenever someone enters it at checkout for any EIG package or the English Test and their payment is marked PAID, you earn 15% commission automatically to your wallet.

The moment the order is marked PAID, the 15% is credited instantly to your EIG wallet. You'll also get a Telegram/email notification confirming the amount.

15% of the customer's Full Payment amount. Example: an affiliate order of 5,000 EGP → 750 EGP in your wallet. Deposits and refunded orders don't count. Affiliate access requires a previous EIG subscription + approved payment proof.

Yes. The Affiliate Program covers BOTH EIG training packages AND the English Assessment Test. Any paid English Test purchased with your Affiliate Code earns you 15%.

Open your Wallet from the dashboard, click Request Withdrawal, choose Vodafone Cash / Etisalat Cash / Instapay / Bank, enter your wallet number, and submit. It's that simple.
