Your account

• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in elsewhere ends the previous session automatically.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Enrollment, prices and payment

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds on each program page and at checkout. Access is granted after your payment is verified. Installment or deposit arrangements are available only where the program page states it; recorded programs and one-day passes are paid in full.

Payment proof you upload must be your own and unedited. Duplicate or reused screenshots are automatically detected and may lead to the order being rejected and the account being suspended.

Access periods

• Each program grants access for the period stated on its page, counted from activation.
• One-day experience passes grant 24 hours of access from purchase and expire immediately at the end of that window.
• Expiry is immediate with no grace period. Extensions are granted only by EIG administrators.

Content licence and protection

All videos, PDFs, slide decks, question banks and written material remain the intellectual property of EIG. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view them inside your account for the duration of your access.

Recording, screen-capturing, downloading, re-uploading, reselling or sharing course content — in whole or in part — is prohibited. Materials are watermarked and delivery is session-bound; violations end access permanently without refund and may be pursued legally.

Affiliate and creator programs

Commissions are earned only on verified paid orders that used your code, and are payable after the related payment clears. Self-referrals, fake orders, spam and misleading claims about EIG results void commissions and may end participation.

What we do and do not promise

EIG provides training, assessment and preparation. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers, so no program guarantees a job offer, a specific salary, or a specific assessment result. Published outcomes describe past graduates, not a promise for every learner.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account for content redistribution, credential sharing, fraudulent payment proof, abuse of staff or other learners, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to your use. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
