Position types we recruit for
These are the roles EIG regularly works on with employers in Egypt. Specific accounts, salaries and shift patterns are confirmed per opening at the time you apply, because they are set by the employer and change between hiring waves.
English Call Center Agent — customer service
Inbound support on an international account. Required English: around B1–B2 spoken. Rotational shifts, on-site or hybrid in Cairo and Giza. No prior experience required.
Sales / retention account agent
Outbound or upsell work with commission on top of the base salary. Required English: strong B2 speaking plus persuasion skills. Usually the highest total earnings for new agents.
Work from home call center agent
Remote or hybrid roles that require a stable internet connection, a quiet room and a headset. Availability depends on the account — these openings are limited and fill quickly.
Multilingual call center agent
German, French, Spanish or Italian accounts, usually paying above English accounts. Requires a certified level in the target language — take our language level test first.
General requirements
- Spoken English at roughly B1 or above (B2 for sales accounts)
- Graduate or student with military service resolved where applicable
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts on some accounts
- Clear voice, basic computer skills and reliable attendance
- Valid national ID and updated CV in English
Salaries in the Egyptian call center market
Salaries are set by the employer, not by EIG, and they vary by account, language and shift. As a market reference, English accounts typically pay entry-level agents a monthly base plus allowances, sales accounts add commission, and multilingual accounts pay a premium over English ones. We share the exact package of each opening with you before you apply, so you never interview blind.

Yes. Most English customer service accounts hire agents with no previous experience as long as the spoken English and attitude are there.
What English level do I need for a call center job?
Around B1 for most customer service accounts and B2 for sales or premium accounts. Take the free level test to check where you stand.
Do you have work from home call center jobs?
Some accounts offer remote or hybrid shifts. Availability changes constantly, so message us to check what is open right now.
Is applying through EIG free?
Applying is free. Training is a separate paid service for candidates who want to raise their level before interviewing.
Can you guarantee me a job?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a hiring decision that belongs to the employer. What we guarantee is preparation: you will walk into the interview knowing exactly what is coming.
