Frequently asked questions
How much does a call center course cost in Egypt?
Fast Track starts at 1,000 EGP for 14 days; Master starts at 1,500 EGP for 14 days. Monthly options cost 2,000 and 3,000 EGP. All Access is 5,000 EGP before eligible test credit.
Is there a free call center course?
Try the first Fast Track or Master lecture free for two hours after completing the English test at the required package level. The English test costs 300 EGP; full courses are paid.
Do I get a certificate?
After completing your recorded Fast Track or Master program, your EIG certificate is available in your account.
Can I study while working?
Yes. The recorded programs are self-paced inside your access window, and live sessions are scheduled in the evening.
