What you'll do
- Source your own leads from social media, groups and personal network — people who want to work in call centers.
- Contact and qualify every lead, then move it through one clear pipeline until it closes.
- Explain EIG programs (Fast Track, Masterclass, Train to Hire) and match the right package to the candidate.
- Follow up on schedule — most sales happen on the third or fourth touch, not the first.
- Keep your pipeline updated in the EIG CRM so your commission is calculated automatically.

Requirements
- No previous experience required — we train you.
- Good Arabic communication skills; English is a plus.
- Laptop or smartphone and stable internet.
- Basic social media and messaging skills.
