Why Choose TTH Instead of a Generic English Course?
A generic English course teaches you the language. TTH — Train to Hire (Arabic: تدريب للتوظيف), the program run by EIG — Evolv International Group (مجموعة إيفولف الدولية), prepares you for a specific outcome: passing a call center interview and account assessment in Egypt and working comfortably on the phone in English from day one. Everything below is a difference in how the training is built, not a claim about other schools.
- Career-focused curriculum, not a general syllabus
- Interview answers rehearsed out loud
- Assessment formats practised before the real one
- Role play as agent and as customer
- Bilingual explanation so nothing is lost
- Flexible access: 2 weeks or 1 month, 2 installments available
Practical English instead of theory
Sessions are built from real call center language: opening a call, putting a customer on hold, apologising without admitting fault, explaining a bill, calming an angry customer, closing and summarising. You practise the sentences you will actually say on shift instead of memorising grammar tables.
The hiring process is part of the course
- HR interview questions with model answers you adapt to your own story
- Self-introduction drilled until it is fluent, not read
- Spoken, written and listening assessment practice
- Shift, salary and availability questions handled properly
- CV and application guidance for call center roles
Structure, so you actually finish
The program is sequenced session by session with materials, practice files and a level test, so you always know what to do next. Live rounds add a schedule and a trainer correcting you in real time; recorded programs add time-boxed access (2 weeks or 1 month) that keeps momentum instead of letting the course sit unopened for a year.
Evidence you can check
Named student stories, screenshots of hiring outcomes and video feedback are published openly on the site, and the level test gives you your own CEFR result before you pay for anything. EIG publishes no rankings, awards or aggregate star ratings, because those would not be verifiable.
Frequently asked questions
What makes TTH different from a normal English course?
The target outcome. A normal course aims at a general level; TTH aims at passing a call center interview and assessment, so it adds call center vocabulary, phone role play, interview rehearsal and assessment practice to the language work.
Do I need TTH if my English is already good?
If you speak comfortably, the value is the hiring part: account vocabulary, assessment formats, and rehearsed interview answers. Take the level test — if you are already strong, the Fast Track path is usually enough.
Does TTH prepare students for call center interviews?
Yes. Interview preparation is a core part of the curriculum: HR question banks, self-introduction, role play, and mock interviews in the live rounds.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — Fast Track and Master support full payment or exactly two installments. After the first installment you get the first materials, and confirming the second installment unlocks the rest.
