Close warm leads for one of Egypt's fastest-growing English training brands. This role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings — top performers make up to 50,000 EGP / month.

The day-to-day
Warm leads, WhatsApp + calls, quick discovery, tailored offer, close, and clean CRM hygiene.
The reward
100% commission-based with uncapped earnings on every closed deal. Top closers cross 50k EGP monthly.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with warm leads coming from our marketing and social channels.
- Explain EIG training programs clearly and match them to each candidate's needs.
- Close sales, collect deposits, and confirm enrollments via our payment portal.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and unlock uncapped commissions.
- Log every conversation and stage in our CRM so the pipeline stays clean.
Who we're looking for
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, telesales, or customer-facing experience (fresh graduates with strong communication are welcome).
- Confident spoken and written Arabic; English is a strong plus.
- Personal laptop, stable internet, and a headset.
- Ownership mindset — you close what you start.
Compensation
Commission-Based Only
This role pays no fixed salary. You earn a generous commission on every enrollment you close — the more you close, the more you make. No ceiling.
